Outsourced Paraplanning Support Required - questions to ask

Hi, I'm looking to outsource some of our Paraplanning work, and there's so many options out there its hard to know where to start. Those who use outsourced PP, any tips/recommendations and also what specific questions should I be asking prospectives? Thanks in advance

    Paraplanner. F1, Apple, Nutella, ice cream. No trite motivational quotes. Turning a bit northern.
