Hi Guys, I found out yesterday that I'd narrowly failed AF5. This was my 3rd attempt at the exam and on each occasion, I've just been a few marks short of the passmark. I've never previously had any major difficulties with CII exams so wondered if anyone else has had any similar experience with this exam?

    Hi James,

    Have you asked for a remark on any of your AF5 attempts?

    I used brand learning for AF5 and that's all I really needed to look at in any real depth. After the fact find was published I went through it looking for any obvious questions (IHT issue/CGT/business relief) and revised these areas for a week until brand released their study guide
