CII purchase not downloadable

I bought AF7 about an hour ago - opting for digital and print - and bought with Amex.

My order history says processing (but so does an order from February) - but there's no option to download the study text.

Nor is there anything in my email.

Am I missing something? It should be instant - it's digital.

    I would send them a message on live chat, I've had this issue before.

    Over live chat they fixed whatever was wrong with the order their end and I received the digital content later that day.
