Protecting retirement age of 55

A long shot perhaps, but does anybody know of a non-occupational pension plan in the marketplace that a person could transfer funds to (pre April 2023) in order to secure the prot ret age of 55. So basically that plan would need to have stated in its terms (prior to Feb 21) that benefits could be taken from 55, as opposed to from whatever the normal min pension age is.

With this does the prot ret age of 55 only apply to funds accumulated before Apr 2023? so would any additional contributions after this be ring fenced to the normal min pension age?
If the scheme has a specified MPA of 55 and is set up before Apr 23, future accrual will have the MPA of 55. That's based on how it's currently written I'm expecting the final rules to be a bit different.
