USS Superannuation Pension Input

Morning all, has anyone ever dealt with someone who is a member of the USS superannuation scheme specifically the Retirement Income Builder and Investment Builder section in working out pension input?
They do have an online calculator but I'm not 100% certain its accurate and would prefer to work out manually to cross check it!
