Proofreading Suitability Reports

Morning,

We currently generate our Suitability Reports & Wealth Management Plans in a system we have designed. However, when they have been electronically generated we need someone to proofread them before they go to our clients. Does anybody know of a provider that would proofread these documents for us that has some technical financial knowledge?

    Could you implement a '4-eye' system internally, so a colleague proofreads the letter, rather than using another firm, who will charge for it?

    We do it internally but with a few rules.  Did a blog here. We have proofed for other people but it strays into a file check very easily.

    Paraplanner. F1, Apple, Nutella, ice cream. No trite motivational quotes. Turning a bit northern.
