Aegon support during Coronavirus pandemic

I hope you’re keeping well. We’re keen supporters of the Powwow community and, like many of you, have had to make significant adjustments over recent weeks. Because of this, I wanted to make sure we’ve clearly communicated the support available to Paraplanners.

Following government guidance, we’ve closed our call centres and are temporarily unable to answer the phones. Because of this, we’ve made some changes to make it as easy as possible for you to contact us:

  • Our Contact Us page has all the contact details you need.

  • Please also refer to our Contact Us page to understand the changes we have made to online forms/processes to help you support your clients.

  • The platform team are available via email.

  • Outsourced paraplanners can either use this email or their dedicated support email .

  • The Aegon ParaplannerZone has links to lots of useful information, including an enquiry form if you have a platform question, and CPD.
